solo eats.
I love food. Be it fine restaurants, modest diners, street carts, or even just a fresh salad or coffee enjoyed at home. Good food has no caste, nor should it. One of my favorite things to do besides enjoying a bite with a good friend, is also eating alone in an empty setting. It simply slows down the sense of time and brings enjoyment to an activity many of us often take for granted. Food sits at the intersection of one of humanity's greatest paradoxes. On the one hand, it is one of our most basic needs. On the other, it is also one of our most basic luxuries. These are just a few pictures of food and its place in my life.
